U.S. Coast Guard Polartec Jacket/Liner
This companion to the Foul Weather Parka II can be worn by itself and features a water-repellent surface that sheds rain and snow. It zips in and out of the parka and also features a full zip-through collar and two zip-front welt pockets. Waist drawstrings have barrel locks. Easily laundered and made in the USA. This jacket is longer in length than the Gore Polartec and has a button-in system for use with the Foul Weather Parka II.
